Should Restaurants post Nutritional Information about their Food?

It's an interesting question? Would you look at the nutritional information on the menu? Would it influence you as to what you would order? Would it hurt restaurant owners to have the information posted?

What say you?

They should. It would be very much appreciated. But I think a lot of people would pass such information as they do not understand how to 'read' it.

I think that having nutritional information on the menu is an excellent idea. If I don't know what's in the food then I am not going to order! Especially things like; what kinds of oils are used, the fat content, and did the chef really wash his/her hands :) ha ha

But I think that the reality of it happening is slim (unlike me), the state of the economy is making restaurant, cafes, etc make their food cheaper and that usually means processed.

Yes! Although it would probably make me feel even more guilty about eating out...

I think it should be available if requested, but not posted on thier menus. It is hard enough to decide what I want to eat when there is over 80 items to choose. Then you throw the nutritional value of each meal, you'll be there for hours. Service would slow down and aren't we already impatient as it is.
