I'm at risk based on age and family history. What about you?

Even though I'm over 50, my risk is low. The test doesn't begin to address the true risks, like packaged foods and pop, and not eating enough nutrients. But yes, I have no family history and I stay active, and I do eat mostly healthy. Hey, I'm not a saint! Sheesh... ;-)

Hmm interesting... but those tests don't tell everything... I am at risk based on age but I eat healthier if I compare myself to others. . My blood tests are good.

I'm not at risk. I eat right, keep sugars low, exercise regularly, don't have family history, use Superfood supplements and avoid high fructose corn syrup at all costs.

Interesting. Isn't it fairly typical for most pregnant women to gain weight anyway though?
