She needs to come down a notch and go to OA. She needs to start putting herself first instead of everything else.

What I heard her say on TV is that she gained the weight back because she let her guard down with her busy schedule she was eating food on the go and at all the wrong times. Some one like Oprah will hire a personal chef and personal trainer to follow her around, so I would say that she'd be back in check soon enough.

She comes across a person with great integrity and she will use that to inspire and she'll be back in shape to show the world.

Go for it Oprah!!! You can do it!

How funny... when she did the "vegan diet" for a few days some people thought she was going to be a vegan forever? That way, she wouldn't gained so much weight.

I feel sorry for her but probably she was too busy taking care of her big business without having time to cook or eat healthy.

I am confused about what she is trying to sell or why people care too much about her...

To me I am very confused by this. The woman has copious amounts of $, has had a personal trainer and personal chef at her beck and call (even made them household names) and now she is crying because she has reached 200lbs? I think someone needs an intervention or some tough love. I understand the mental anguish of it, I have been overweight my whole adult life but come on, stop the crying and do something!

If say, she's having trouble to find time to exercise, why don't just a apply a 30/45 min aerobic slot in her show. Do it in front of national TV along with the audience.

Oprah is all about making $$$. She won't lose the weight until she cares enough to put herself first. She even made her previous weight loss a showcase display for everyone. It shouldn't be about that. Make it personal, Oprah! It's not about TV ratings and new "how to" books.

I am in week 5 of the 100 push up program. At the end of week 4 I did 38 push ups. It says to go to column 2. I looked at column 2 and realized there was no way I could do that! I stuck with column one. I have been on day 3 for at least 2 1/2 weeks and still am struggling to get that last 30 push ups. It seems to me that moving to column 2 is too much to ask.
