Two years ago I was bed ridden. I weighed 450 pounds at Christmas. In February, I almost died. Today, I am able to get out of the house without my wheelchair and walk short distances and I have lost over 80 pounds. Click here to see my success and read about my progress.

There IS hope and it CAN be done! Several years ago I was 215lbs and just in a bad place health-wise! When I turned 25 I decided I was letting the best years of my life slip me by - and it had to stop!!

I changed my life (with a lot of support) and so far I am down to 160lbs. My goal weight is 145lbs with a significant amount of muscle mass. I'm well on my way and thrilled of the changes I made!

55lbs and counting........best birthday gift I could have given myself!!!
