After taking 2 months off from class, I did a 60 minute step class this morning and felt the energy high after class. What a great feeling!!!!

I do Tai Chi every morning and I jog two to three times a week. Exercise is a very important part of a healthy lifestyle. Physical activities give you energy, calmness and happiness

I am starting my weight loss and fitness program anew. Today i did 30 minutes on my home ellyptical and 100 push ups. Starting out.

I did a "kick butt" step class today. Our usual teacher was out on vacation and the fill in was way motivated. She must have had 5 cups of coffee before class or could it have been that she is 22 years old. Having a different teacher can really keep you on your toes. I have found that taking different classes from time to time can make a huge difference. Doing the same old routine every week can get your body and mind in a rut. Shake up the workout and your body will thank you.

I like this group idea. It reminds me of the soundtrack of Biggest Loser where he sings, What have you done today to make you feel good. So Yeah I have overcame Colorectal Cancer in 2008 and back on the fitness regimen of Eating Healthy, Exercising Daily and Enjoying my body especially cause it is the only one the Original Equipment Manufacturer, God is handing out. Today going for a long walk with my Cocker Spaniel and then off to the gym. Enjoy everybody. Oh yeah did some yoga early this morning.

I didnt discover excersise until after high school (3 years ago), now ican't live without it. I try to go the gym everyday, and if im not in the gym im walking aroundmy university campus. I would love to start boxing classes, just because of the high intesity, and the grat cardio work out. Today I went to the gym and used did one hour of cardio and half an hour of ab work :) I love starting off the weekend this way!!

Does a 20 min bike ride with the child trailer in tow count? It wasn't very long, but I did sweat some.
