My resolution was to stay on my fitness course and add in a few charity events. So far all is good, with just a horrible storm keeping me from racing in my MS 150 today. My Avon Breast Cancer walk last month was incredibly uplifting!

April 18, 2009 - Everything is on track, Leo. I'm still losing weight nice and steady. I've broke my brisk walk record. Managed to brisk walk for 2 hours 30 minutes nonstop few weeks ago. Insanity. But a nice one.

March 17, 2009 - How is everyone doing in their New Year's resolutions?! For me it's going good. Have been buying more food from the health store than before, a lot of new things!

Hope it's going good for everyone and that everyone are still motivated!!

Not really a resolution. More of continuing my journey. Time to strive for 65 kg (143 lbs)!

Mike,
Thanks for sharing!! :)

Edie,
Good resolutions! Your daily life will definitaly improve if you keep going on that track.

Joe,
That's great! Just like the discussion "Don't Let your Resolution Fail" is all about! - To start "now" and not a specific date!

Jenn,
Thanks! :)
That's exercise too! I think you did a lot :P

Happy New Year everyone! Of course I did not get a chance to workout today, but I did move a truckload of stuff and snow shovel for about 30 minutes. I suppose that's not bad, huh? p.s. - Love your VLOG Mike!

My Resolution isn't really a resolution. Its to make more improvements on my weight loss and fitness goals that I have already started.

To increase the amount of veggies in my daily food intake. Decrease bread and other white stuff.

Funny, I just wrote a post about the importance of resolutions, and goals, not only at the end of the year but throughout the year.

I made this recipe using whole wheat flour and brown sugar instead... everything is dark at home! :) I was in a hurry so didn't have too much patient for the "roses" to raise but ended up being delicious! See photo :) Thanks!
