- I'm a about to become 50 year old grandmother with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholestrol. My job of 8 plus years left town on May 11th, 2009. That is when I lost my health care. I have to create a healthier lifestyle whether I want to or not.
- What are your goals?
- To be able to get off of current diabetes and hypertension meds, be at a healthy weight for me, and to be able to play with my grand kids and not get winded.
- Favorite Music:
- I listen to a lot of different music. But, my favorite is country music.
- Favorite TV Shows:
- CSI, Law & Order, Reality shows, Iowa Public TV
- What is your current exercise routine?
- indoor walking routine in my living room

- You name it, I probably have tried it

- See all the sights in Europe (yes, all of them)

I have heard this since I was a child. At that time, I didn't pay attention but this is so true. You could be a billionaire but money won't buy it.
