In these 24/7 times, who has the time or the patience to perform Step 1 of a multi-part regimen, wait a few minutes and then do step 2 and so on. Fail to follow instructions properly and you have wasted your time or worse subjected yourself to a more concentrated Step 2 - leading to scarred tissue.

That's what I thought--@ 28 weeks sounds like it may be a tough choice for women to "break" the cycle, though.
