I am passionate about providing alternative health information on how to stay young, thin and disease free! I share personal stories, advice and interviews from my role models on topics such as yoga, nutrition, diseases and alternative healing.

What are your goals?

To help people believe that not matter what disease or health problem they may have, that our bodies are capable of healing themselves if fed properly and detoxified.

I want to learn and help people unleash their own body's health miracle!

What is your current exercise routine?

yoga !

What diets have you tried?

vegan, raw food

What things do you want to do before you die?

write a book, have children, grow an organic garden- pretty much did everything else (travel, skydiving, fire dancing)
