About Me:

Im kind of in the middle of down-sizing my life. This goes for the stuff in my apartment and in my head. I love simple, uncluttered space, music, art, and people.

What are your goals?

To be more content and to be more accepting of myself and others.

Favorite Music:

Acoustic singer/songwriter. Anything that tugs on the ol' heart strings.

Favorite TV Shows:

Not really a fan of tv shows. More of a horror flick kind of person.

What is your current exercise routine?

Running, core training and weights. 4 to 5 days a week. Always trying to change it up. Keep it challenging.

What diets have you tried?

Not too many. Im a fan of the Paleo Diet. We are animals too and we should eat what nature intended.

What things do you want to do before you die?

Write a novel. Ride cross country on a Harley. Visit Japan. Get married. Live in the woods.

What is your favorite book?

Anything by Chuck Palahnuik
