What are your goals?

To lose 120 lbs. by Jan. 1, 2010. I've lost about 16 so far since starting my program last month (6/2008).

Favorite Music:

So much...love classic rock. U2, Johnny Cash, Ryan Adams, Andrew Bird, Ray LaMontagne, Coldplay, The Format, Bishop Allen...and on and on...

Favorite TV Shows:

I don't regularly watch T.V.! I try to get in episodes of The Office now and then, and always watch Lost during the season.

What is your current exercise routine?

I run three times a week, bike two or three times a week, and usually play basketball with friends at least once a week.

What diets have you tried?

Every last one...I don't diet any more. I just eat less, exercise more and moderate everything along the way.

What things do you want to do before you die?

Write a book, run a marathon

What is your favorite book?

Experimental and Quasi-experimental Designs for General Causal Inference...just kidding. Too many to pick just one!
