Take a garbage bag and walk through your home and throw away 27 items. Next, take an empty box and go through your home collecting 27 items to give away.

I LOVE your passion! It took me the first 28 years or so of my life to find love and acceptance for myself - and now that I'm 30, I am determined to help other women find self acceptance, and in turn, enjoy my life more fully. Even though I'm not quite at 35, I plan on making my second half of my life better than the first. I worried about way too many stupid things in my younger years. Love what you're doing!
