What is your current exercise routine?

I have become so active, my health has increased 40-45% I feel awesome
I've been sick for about 2 years medicaly. I mean in and out of the hospital. I have been in the hospital in almost six months I can workout/ but not over do it. I have sever asmtha/ CHF (congestive heart failure) which is a reversable condition. AMEN

Travel the Us and Abroad
