The body needs rest, and is fighting off the illness. The best thing you can do is stretch, the gym will be there when you get back. Most likely you got sick from going to the gym.

What are your goals?
To eventually start my own practice, or perhaps partner with a physical therapist.
Favorite Music:
This is like picking a favorite child, impossible. My favorite type of music is anything that speaks to me!
Favorite TV Shows:
Haha also impossible.
What is your current exercise routine?
A balance of strength training and cardiovascular exercise, 5-6 times/week.
What diets have you tried?
If my professional experience has taught me anything, it's that "diets" don't work! It's all about small lifestyle changes that are tailored to individual needs.
What things do you want to do before you die?
Sing on stage with a band! I'm not talking karaoke here.
What is your favorite book?
