Yes it's really great! since i swapped from dairy to mainly coconut(also soy to some extent) I've not only got slimmer but more energized and vital. It's the best(but probably not for coffee, I agree :)

To bring about happiness, love and joy wherever I go. To share with others and celebrate the glory of life. I intend to do this in many different ways, however life inspires me to interact and play in each specific moment of life.
Favorite Music:
uplifting music of all kinds; rock, pop, new age, classical, psychedelic, house etc.
Favorite TV Shows:
rarely watch TV but Simpsons is fun and Seinfeld. Fun shows are my favorite.
What is your current exercise routine?
I swim at least 4-5 times a week, plus go for walks. I also do yoga regularly and every now and then I do some jogging.
What diets have you tried?
being healthy and eating those things that feels good to eat. To always appreciate my food and my body.
What things do you want to do before you die?
I want to create a community and a wellness center together with positive people and share a healthy, happy vibration with others.
