What are your goals?
To grow my fitness knowledge to eventually become a personal trainer as well as a certified running coach.
What is your current exercise routine?
I run approximately 30 miles a week. I also teach a stroller fitness class consisting of cardio, strength training, abs and stretching.
What diets have you tried?
none. Just exercise and good choices
What things do you want to do before you die?
run the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu; Trek in the Himalayas; Sail through the Panama canal.
