Super Size Me-In Reverse

A couple of years ago, I was traumatized when I watched the documentary "Super Size Me". The basic idea of the documentary, if you have not already seen it, is that the film maker is going to eat at McDonald's every day for 30 days-breakfast, lunch and dinner. Exercise and "Energy"

Exercise is the best way to increase your energy levels, or so they say. I've yet to have had it happen to me though. I've been exercising for approximately two months and I still am dragging with no energy each and every day. I've asked many people, "So when does this magical increase in energy kick in?" and no one seems to be able to tell me.
