About Me:
I am 5 ft 5 and a Uk size 10 to 12. I would say more 12 as I am a good build not petite. I enjoy sports as I used to be in all my school teams. eg Tennis, running, rounders, hockey.
I put about a stone on last year and refused to buy one size up and decided that I would lose weight. I managed to lose 7lb and I did that through a site called Weight Talk that encourages you to lose weight through healthy eating and exercise. It is quite simple and I have it implanted in my brain, I need to burn off more calories than I eat. What motivated me having 50 pair of jeans that I really love!!!
Once I put my mind to something I do it. I tried the fad diets and like my friends I lost the wight, doing the cambridge diet I found that I got bad breath and consitipation as a result. I drank lots of water as they insisted on but still managed to get headaches. Then when I stopped the weight jkust piled back on. All my friends found out it happened to them as well!!!
I tried slimfast, MY GOD did I crave food during that short stint!!! The shakes were not that great and I am putting that politely!!! All I thought about was food all the time. Once you deny yourself something you crave for it...

I have joined the gym and try to attend every other day.
I do the aqua areobics, Areobics, Jogging, Body attack once a week, followed by a few other classes.
