I love that picture!
I have 2 kids and I am a FIRM believer of exerciscing while pregnant. I taught a BOATLAD of exercise classes duirng both pregnancies and I have been told that it motivated the participantas to show up to class..If I could be on the Spin bike, teach kickboxing or a toning class at 9 months along then they had no excuse! ;)
I love seeing other "preggos" sweating it out too... :)

Congratulations. I know, after having 4 daughers myself, it's sometimes hard to get back into the groove, especially with a new baby. But, as you said, you know the routine.

I think many women misunderstand the importance of exercise while being pregnant. I put on a lot of weight with each pregnancy, and it took a long time to get it off. I wish I had exercised more.................:)

Hey thanks! I feel better than ever! It's so important to me to reach out to other moms like me to help. Exercise if the best thing that has ever happened to me other than my family. It takes care of depression and exhaustion and gives you the feeling that you can accomplish anything.

Hey cool! It's just like blogthings. Have you seen that one? www.blogthings.com . rockyou.com is another good one but I don't know if the codes work here or not. I haven't tried it yet. This is my 5th blogsite so I am getting familiar with all the little widgets but I am always interested in finding new ones lol.

Oh, gosh...have done atkins...will never again. I've been on weight watchers for almost two years and it's working great!

Hi, I'm Redhead Mommy! Over the past two years, I've lost 100 lbs. Before I had my son I was 253 lbs. and now i'm at 153 lbs. I've still got more to lose, but I really enjoy my new healthy lifestyle.
