What are you doing?
I would love to have a coach! What do I need to do?
I have been doing P90X for 3 weeks. Lost 4 pounds and 2% body fat the first 2 weeks. Now I weigh the same as when I started but still 2% less on body fat. Why is this and is this normal? I think you look great and I hope to get the same results.

I have heard this since I was a child. At that time, I didn't pay attention but this is so true. You could be a billionaire but money won't buy it.
