Now I still continuing my healthy lifestyle, regular exercise etc. My next goal is to improve overall cardio fitness, strengthen my core and overall strength.

Favorite TV Shows:
I love Prison Break, Supernatural.. but I don't really have time for TV.
What is your current exercise routine?
I do strength exercise twice a week - basic lifting style eg Squat, deadlift, bench press, and various kind of core exercise. On weekend I normally go for jogging outdoor. Before going for running session, I usually hit my total body with some bodyweight training in circuit style. I found this way works best for my weight loss.
What diets have you tried?
Lot of diets are not really mean for Asian, but I adapt the diet thinking based from Abs Diet and South Beach Diet.
What things do you want to do before you die?
I always wanted to see Niagara fall. I hope can go there once.
What is your favorite book?
I love reading but I don't read book. I only read health, sports, PC, DIY hobbies magazine. But so far, i"ve read Rich dad series (my own collection), a few from Anthony Robbins, and some self-motivational books. And not to forget the Abs Diet from Men's Health.
