- Married with three boys; 11, 7, and 3. A personal trainer at a gym in Spokane, Wa. I have certifications with ISSA, NCSF, APEX, BODYBUGG, and currently looking to add another; just undecided on which.

- To one day own my own state of the art fitness center.
- Favorite Music:
- Wide veriety, but if I had to call one my favorite I would have to say hard Rock and Grunge. Nervana, Pearl Jam, Metalica, AC/DC, and Limp Bisket top my charts
- Favorite TV Shows:
- Two and a Half Men, Monday Night Football, and Biggest Loser. ( Well that is more my wife and Kids, but since they don't miss it neither do I.)
- What is your current exercise routine?
- I'm preping for the 2010 Empire Classic Bodybuilding show in Spokane, Wa. So I am in a Mass phase right now.
- What diets have you tried?
- Most. Atkins, Eat Right for Your Blood Type, Apex, and many different combos of my own.
- What things do you want to do before you die?
- See the Great Wall of China, Own my own business, and see my grandchildren grow up. ( No I don't have any yet.)
- What is your favorite book?
- Depends on my mood.
