- I passed my first goal which was to lose 50 pounds. Now for my next goal is another 50 pounds. I want to feel good about myself from the inside out.

- everything currently I am counting calories based off of the South Beach Diet.

I have heard this since I was a child. At that time, I didn't pay attention but this is so true. You could be a billionaire but money won't buy it.
