That's so sad! I have 2 dogs and they are basically my kids. I can't imagine letting that happen to them!

Great idea Diana! I am always stressing the importance of keeping a food journal to my clients and had never thought of using twitter before! Thanks for the tip!
I love adding ground flaxseed to my oatmeal in the morning! It adds a little bit of texture and goes great with the peanut butter protein powder I add. Yummmmmm.
