About Me:
Where to start... Well I guess I am friendly enough. I like to meet people. I like to learn new things. I like to ride my bicycle and to play music (keyboards and sax). If you want to know more, contact me. I'm pretty much an open book.

What are your goals?
I am on a mission to raise awareness about healthy food choices and overall improvement of health. I am involved with several home based companies that are aligned to the similar mission. Do I want to make money? Yes. Do I want to make it any way I can? No. I believe that if you don't like what you are doing, you should not do it. You should focus on your passions and give of your self to others and with that, the rest will follow.

Beyond my health passion, I also have a full time job at a large computer firm and although I enjoy it and it pays the bills, I would like to retire soon and spend more time at home with my family. Why not enjoy what you are doing?

Green Foods and a Healthy Daily Diet
By Steve A Johnson

For many years and throughout the centuries, humans have recognized the importance of greens and green vegetables. It is widely accepted that vegetables should be a large part of meals and before the sweets we have today, desserts were mostly comprised of fruit. Finding Optimal Health

Finding Optimal Health
By Richard Hackmann

Achieving optimal health is an individual choice and certainly once a person leaves the comfort of the nest provided by his or her parents it becomes an individual responsibility. Those that think they can get all the nutrition they require from a fast food giant are ultimately destined to gain weight and deteriorate their health over time. French fries and catsup do not rea

Eating Healthy

Eating Healthy
By Linda Farington

When it comes to eating healthy, making the right food choices can be hard. There are so many foods made to appeal to the fast on the go population today. Even dieters can find it hard to make good choices, as many prepackaged foods that are convenient are higher in calories and fat then the one that are not. The 100-calorie snack packs that consumers love to eat may not be the best s

Energy is defined as "VITALITY" and "VIGOROUSNESS" and "ACTIVITY" (esp. physical activity), and is further defined as "an entity rated as the most fundamental of all physical concepts and usually re… Continue

The No-Gym Exercise Programme

The No-Gym Exercise Programme
By Ian Mellis

The different ways and methods we utilise at Athletic Performance Plus in our personal training and fitness coaching vary greatly. The guiding factors a lot of the time depend upon the environment and equipment available to train in. Commonly, our trainees use it as an excuse if they can not find a treadmill or a bench with a set of dumbbells (usually in a place called a gym or l
