What are your goals?
20 pounds. It sounds easy, but every one of those 20 is kicking my butt.
Favorite Music:
Anything I can dance to. My iPod is full of music that makes me dance while I do simple things like work in the yard or walk dogs.
What is your current exercise routine?
I've recently taken up running with the Couch-to-5k program. It's been a lot of fun! Plus, I walk three dogs every day.
