- I've recently left my job of 5 1/2 years as VP of Sales for a large internet company in order to pursue my NESTA Fitness Nutrition Certification, focus on developing my blog, obtaining additional certifications and freelance writing (I currently write for www.mindbodysanctuary.com).
- Favorite Music:
- Classic rock, Old time crooners, 1970s folk (JT, Carly Simon, Bob Dylan, et al)
- Favorite TV Shows:
- Stuff I grew up with - Mary Tyler Moore, Bob Newhart, MASH. Newer shows include Biggest Loser and shows on HGTV and Food Network.
- What is your current exercise routine?
- Turbulence Training, HIIT
- What diets have you tried?
- I don't diet; I eat healthy.
- What is your favorite book?
- I have a nightstand stacked with books. Anyone of them can become my next favorite!
