I am a wife, mother, grandmother, golfer, gardener, bridge player, traveler, fitness enthusiast, and a church goer. I love all my wonderful famly, friends, and my life. I am a breast cancer survivor, and had open heart surgery last year, but as doing great, and feel very blessed and thankful. I believe in total wellness= diet, exercise, supplements. I work out every day at the fitness center.

What are your goals?
My husband and I developed this website due to our passion for a healthy lifestyle. We are not getting any younger, and we want to age as gracefully, and as healthy as we can. Our goals would be to help others reach their potential with weight, fitness, and all around good health. We hope our website and interacting with people everywhere will accomplish that.
Favorite Music:
I generally like all kinds of music, being the music lover that I am, but I would have to say that Country/Western is my favorite right now. It is so easy to understand the lyrics, and you can't help but smile and giggle. You all know the song by Toby Keith - "I ain't as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was. That's my husband's theme song.
Favorite TV Shows:
I hate to admit it, but we are TV watchers and movie buffs.
We're not that into the sitcoms, but we really like shows like NCIS, and CSI's, The Closer, Saving Grace, Criminal Minds, and our favorite is "24" if it ever comes back on.
What is your current exercise routine?
I do cardio - tread mill seven days a week - three or four days I do strength training with free weights and balls, and a few machines. I work with a personal trainer, and he changes the routines about every three months. It works well for me.
What diets have you tried?
Through the years I have tried a lot of the forgettable ones, but the most successful has been WeightWatchers. I have lost over 20 pounds just this year on WW. It will always be a part of my healthy eating habits.
What things do you want to do before you die?
O dear! This question reminds me of the recent movie
"The Bucket List". It was terrific, by the way. I don't have anything in mind as exotic as those guys did, but I think I would just like to see our internet business be successful some day so that we might have a legacy to leave our children. I also don't really know what God has in mind for me, so, wherever he leads me is where and what I will do.
What is your favorite book?
That is a hard one. I am in a Book Club and have read many great books in the last few years. Two that come to mind are "The Other Boleyn Girl", and "The March", about Sherman's march on the South during the civil war.
