Now one of the things you have to remember when you are on a journey, time to time you will stop to take a break or a rest stop. So the last few days I was not writing I was taking a break lol.
I will tell you what I did, because then you will see that even when you are on a break you still adhere to the guidelines, so that when you return you do not have to make up lost ground.
