Flattery Will... Get Me Nowhere.

Apparently, a few compliments go a long way with me. A long way to making me so cocky I completely slack off! A couple people this week told me I looked thinner to them, so my mind has taken that to mean I can do whatever I want and there's really no need to put on that exercise tape or stop myself from ordering pizza for supper. Blah

I didn't do any exercises this morning. And I had McDonald's with the boys for lunch. Plus my almost two year old stabbed me in the eye with the back of an empty razor so now I can barely see and find myself in excruciating pain. Could this day get any better? Hopefully, I'll manage to go for a nice long walk tonight, and keep myself from eating more than the salad I had planned. Sigh. If I don't, you all have permission to come on over and smack me.
