Studies indicate that keeping a food diary will double your weight loss as compared to those who do not journal their food intake. But who has the time to keep a journal?

Do you use twitter? Yes? Then you have time to journal your food intake. If you have a dietitian that uses twitter send them a direct message or an @reply to keep them informed. If you don’t have a dietitian, follow me @menucoach or any dietitian you wish: dietitian Twitter users It’s that easy and you are well on your way to losing those unwanted pounds.

Another way to journal your food intake is to use Tweet What You Eat. Here is an example of a food diary kept on TWYE. You can also send your TWYE food diary to your dietitian by tweeting: Example: @menucoach http://bit.ly/iPIcz
