I was a very good girl this week. I did my exercises and stuck to my diet with no cheating or slacking off. As a result of being such a good girl my scale went below 160 pounds for the first time since being pregnant with Benjamin. (My four year old.) This was one of my first big goals, and it's exciting to be here! I made it people! A whole half hour of exercise with no disasters to report. And... I'm down almost a pound since Sunday. So a happy day for Becky! Now let's all hope I don't get all cocky and decide to celebrate with a big bag of chips.

So it's been a while... Not just for the blog, but for the working out and dieting. Happily, I didn't gain any weight while going nutters with food and sitting around watching TV instead of working out. Sadly, and obviously, I didn't lose any weight either. The last few days I stayed at the Holidiseased Inn in scenic Sicktown. It actually wasn't as nice as it sounds. You would think I would enjoy all of the lying around and general laziness required and laid out in Sicktown's city bylaws, but actually it put a bit of a cramp in my leisure time.
